We offer a curated collection and a variety of Indian souvenirs such as Fridge Magnets, Keychains, and Postcards. 3. What type of Indian Postcards do you sell?
We want to bring back the old-school charm of writing postcards to one another and the joy of postcrossing — with an Indian twist!
Our collection of Indian Postcards features over 30 postcard designs from more than 10 iconic cities and touristic locations across India. Our Postcards are digitally illustrated that showcases popular landmarks, monuments, and the cultural beauty of India — so much so that anyone looking at it will instantly know and say where it’s from. They’re printed on 350 GSM premium glossy paper stock, just the way a good postcard should feel in our hand.
You can easily buy our Indian Postcards in packs of multiple quantities as per your reqyrequirements. Our postcards are perfect for sending to your friends abroad, adding to your own postcard collection, or to gift it to someone with a little piece of India.

4. What type of India Keychains do you sell?
Our India keychains are tiny, meaningful souvenirs that celebrate and showcase beauty of Indian landmarks. Just like our postcards, the designs of our keychains are also inspired by some of the most popular monuments and landmarks of India. We also have a city-specific collection of our keychains from Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Jaipur, so you can choose what feels most personal to you.
Our Indian Souvenirs Keychains are made using lightweight, high-quality glossy MDF Board which is sturdy enough for everyday use and pretty enough for everyday gifting as well. 5. Are your products handmade or printed?
All our Indian Souvenirs are digitally illustrated, and all our designs are based on the famous monuments and landmarks of India and its popular cities.
6. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we offer shipping across India. We also provide free delivery on all our prepaid orders, except for orders that we get from the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and the Lakshadweep. Do check out our Shipping Policy to know about our shipping terms in detail.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally! While we’re not accepting international orders directly through our website at the moment, we’d be happy to help you place a manual order for you.
Just drop us an email at hello@veryfirsttale.in with your order details or what you’re looking for, and we’ll take it from there. Shipping charges will apply for orders outside India, and we’ll share all the details and terms of your order with you over email before confirming your order.

8. Can I request a custom illustration on any of your products?
Yes, you can request a custom illustration on our postcards or also get a custom-made Postcard with your own designs.
You can easily get your own custom postcard by designing your postcards yourself in your own design and uploading its front and back of the design.

9. What are your products made of?
Fridge Magnets - Made of Premium Lightweight Glossy MDF board and with a strong magnetic strip backing.
Postcards - Printed on 350 GSM Premium Glossy Card Stock.
Keychains - Made of Premium Lightweight Glossy MDF board with Key Rings.
10. How can I place a bulk or corporate gift order?
Please contact us via email or WhatsApp for bulk orders or corporate gift orders. We’d love to collaborate on events, return gifts, or corporate gifting with a cultural twist.

11. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is only available on request.
We understand that some customers may prefer placing orders via the Cash on Delivery (COD) Mode. While we primarily encourage only prepaid orders for a smoother experience, we may offer the option of Cash On Delivery (COD), but only on request.
To place a COD order, we kindly ask you to first reach out to us directly via email or WhatsApp. Once we receive your request, our team will verify and confirm the authenticity of the order before proceeding or confirming it.
Please note -
All COD orders will be confirmed via a phone call prior to packaging as well as dispatch.
If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts and are unable to verify the authenticity of your order, or if the order appears likely to result in a return-to-origin (RTO), or the order appears to be a potential fake order, we may cancel the order beforehand.
A COD charge of ₹99 will apply over and above the order value. This helps us cover the additional cost of offering this service through our trusted logistics / courier partners.

Please Note - All COD Orders will attract an additional charge of 99 INR, over and above the total order value.
12. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your order for its delivery status.
You will also receive tracking updates from us as well as the courier partner with regards to your order’s delivery status via email or SMS.
13. Do you accept returns or exchanges? What is your Refund Policy?
We offer only a Free Replacement Policy if a product received by you is either damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to us via email at hello@veryfirsttale.in within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos and all relevant details, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

14. What is your cancellation policy? How can I cancel my order?
At VeryFirstTale, we put love and care into preparing each order, and as a small but growing business, every order truly matters to us. A lot of effort and time go into packing every order we get, and we pride ourselves on it.
We kindly request you to review your order and its details carefully before confirming your purchase, as we do not support cancellations once an order has been placed. Your order would be sent for processing as soon as we receive it.

15. Can I make any changes to my order after it's placed?
You can only make changes to the delivery details or the shipping details provided to us within 2 hours of placing the order. You can have a look at our Shipping Policy for more details on making order modifications after the order is placed.
16. I have received a damaged product. What do I do?
Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hello@veryfirsttale.in with images and videos of the damaged product along with the images of the shipping box within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced for free.
17. What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
In case you are not available to receive your order, then, our courier partner / the delivery person will make attempts to reach you via a phone call when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner / delivery person to cordinate delivery of your package.
The courier partner will make a total of 2-3 re-attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned back to us.
In case the parcel is shipped back to us, a re-shipping fee shall be charged to re-dispatch the order again to you. The parcel would be re-shipped only once the payment of the re-shipping fee is recived.

18. What should I do if there are any missing items in my order after delivery?
At VeryFirstTale, we put love and care into preparing each order, and as a small but growing business, every order truly matters to us. A lot of efforts and time go into packing every order we get, and we pride ourselves on it.
All our orders are packed with care and attention, due to which it is highly unlikely that you may receive missing items in your order. But in case you do notice something missing in your order, don’t worry — just drop us an email at hello@veryfirsttale.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible!

19. My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do?
If you live in a gated community / apartment complex, we request you to first check with or with your security / reception as due to restrictions, the courier partners may sometimes leave the parcels there.
In case you still haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at hello@veryfirsttale.in within 24 hrs of the status being marked as delivered in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.
Please note - We may not be able to investigate with the courier service in this matter if the issue is informed to us after 24 hrs of delivery status being marked as delivered.

20. I need to place an order that delivers soon or on an urgent basis — is that possible?
Yes, we can offer you an express delivery at an additional cost. Express delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
You can opt for our Express Delivery option during checkout.
