Payment Terms in INR

Please select your country from the list of available options in the dropdown menu on our homepage. All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).

At checkout, kindly enter your complete shipping details with your contact email and number and choose Razorpay as your payment method. You can use any of your International Credit or Debit Cards to pay for your order securely.

Payment Terms in Foreign Currency

Please select your country from the list of available options in the dropdown menu on our homepage. All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).

If you wish to pay in your local currency, please select Razorpay as your payment method. Then, under the Wallets section, choose PayPal. You can select your preferred currency and proceed with your payment securely through PayPal as usual.

You may choose to pay from the following currency options - US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Euro, British Pound, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, Mexican Peso, Norwegian Krone, New Zealand Dollar, Philippine Peso, Russian Ruble, Swedish Krona, Singapore Dollar, Thai Baht

Payment Terms via Bank Transfer

In case you wish to pay in your Local Currency via Bank Transfer, you may contact us via email at hello@veryfirsttale.in to place a manual order with us. We will get back to you within 3-4 working hours.

For all our overseas Bank Transfer orders, we are currently accepting payments in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, HUF, NZD, SGD and INR, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred currency.

Your order will be processed once the full payment has been received.

For Bank Transfer Payment Method, please note that your final order amount will include international shipping charges and, where applicable, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees levied by your country. A complete order cost breakdown will be shared with you via email prior to confirming your order, ensuring full transparency.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days. Once the order is dispatched, it might take about 3-4 weeks or longer for the order to be delivered, depending on the country. The final dispatch time will also depend upon the Shipping Partner being chosen.

Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to, and will be communicated to you in advance on the checkout page. The number of items in the order may increase the shipping rates as well.

We use the following Shipping Partners for all our International Orders -

We ship internationally through premium partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and etc. Delivery timelines may vary between 8 – 25 business days (or longer, depending on the destination country). Shipping charges will be communicated in advance and are to be borne by the customer.

Once our order reaches its destination country, Customs Duties or Charges, Fees or any other additional charges may be charged on the parcel by your respective governing authorities at the port of entry to clear the parcel/order for delivery. Such charges would be borne directly by the customer.

VERYFIRSTTALE will not be responsible for any delays arising due to Customs clearance. For further clarification, we advise you to contact your local Customs Office at the port of your entry to know the Customs Duties for our products for your country, if any.

Refund Policy for International Orders

Please note that returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable to international orders, and we are unable to process return shipments.

However, in the rare case that your order is damaged during transit, we request you to contact us within 72 hours of delivery via email with relevant proof. We will do our best to provide an appropriate resolution and also raise the concern with our courier partner on your behalf.
