Payment Terms in INR

Please select your country from the list of available options in the dropdown menu on our homepage. All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).

At checkout, kindly enter your complete shipping details with your contact email and number and choose Razorpay Secure or Cashfree as your preferred payment method. You can use any of your International Credit or Debit Cards to pay for your order securely.

Payment Terms in Foreign Currency / Local Currency

You can now shop with us in all major foreign currencies and pay directly in your local currency using your credit or debit card.

In case you wish to pay the Order Amount in your preferred / local currency then please send an email to hello@veryfirsttale.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9967711927 with your requirements, and we will be happy to provide you a custom payment link in your local currency.

This way, your cards won’t charge any extra conversion fees or taxes, and you’ll have the ease of completing your purchase in your own currency — making it even simpler to order our great Indian souvenirs with love and ease!

You may also choose the PayPal wallet option available from our Razorpay Secure Checkout to pay in your local currency directly through our website.

Payment Terms via Bank Transfer

In case you wish to pay in your Local Currency via Bank Transfer, you may contact us via email at hello@veryfirsttale.in to place a manual order with us. We will get back to you within 3-4 working hours.

For all our overseas Bank Transfer orders, we are currently accepting payments in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, HUF, NZD, SGD and INR, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred currency.

Your order will be processed once the full payment has been received.

For Bank Transfer Payment Method, please note that your final order amount will include international shipping charges and, where applicable, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees levied by your country. A complete order cost breakdown will be shared with you via email prior to confirming your order, ensuring full transparency.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days. Once the order is dispatched, it might take about 3-4 weeks or longer for the order to be delivered, depending on the country. The final dispatch time will also depend upon the Shipping Partner being chosen.

Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to, and will be communicated to you in advance on the checkout page. The number of items in the order may increase the shipping rates as well.

We use the following Shipping Partners for all our International Orders -

International Postal Delivery - Delivery timeline through Post would take around 25 to 45 business working days or more in exceptional cases. It would be sent through Post Parcel through Air Shipping Mode. Order will be dispatched / handed to the post within 2-3 working days of placing the order. A proper tracking link & a Last Mile Tracking ID will be shared with you after dispatch. Along with this, our courier partners will also keep you updated on the latest status of your package through email or sms.

Standard Air Shipping - Delivery timeline through Standard Air Shipping (Air Couries) would take around 15 to 25 business working days or more in exceptional cases. It would be sent through through Air Shipping Courier Mode. Order will be dispatched / handed to the courier within 2-3 working days of placing the order. A proper tracking link & a Last Mile Tracking ID will be shared with you after dispatch. Along with this, our courier partners will also keep you updated on the latest status of your package through email or sms.

Premium Express Air Shipping - Delivery timeline through our Premium Couriers would take around 15 to 25 business working days or more in exceptional cases. It would be sent through Premium Express Couriers through Air Shipping Mode. Order will be dispatched / handed to the courier within 2-3 working days of placing the order. A proper tracking link & a Last Mile Tracking ID will be shared with you after dispatch. Along with this, our courier partners will also keep you updated on the latest status of your package through email or sms.

We ship internationally through premium partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and etc. Delivery timelines may vary between 8 – 25 business days (or longer, depending on the destination country). Shipping charges will be communicated in advance and are to be borne by the customer.

Once our order reaches its destination country, Customs Duties or Charges, Fees or any other additional charges may be charged on the parcel by your respective governing authorities at the port of entry to clear the parcel/order for delivery. Such charges would be borne directly by the customer.

VERYFIRSTTALE will not be responsible for any delays arising due to Customs clearance. For further clarification, we advise you to contact your local Customs Office at the port of your entry to know the Customs Duties for our products for your country, if any.

Refund Policy for International Orders

Please note that returns, cancellations, and exchanges, are not applicable to international orders, and we are unable to process return shipments.

We take extreme care in packing your order with extra protective layers and cardboard mesh with bubble wraps to make sure that the product remains intact throughout the transit.

However, in the rare case that your order is damaged during transit, we request you to contact us within 72 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with relevant proof (unboxing video of the entire parcel from the start with the parcel in focus, parcel photos, and item contents photos). We will do our best to provide an appropriate resolution(either a partial refund or an alternative store credit option) and also raise the concern with our courier partner on your behalf. The TAT (Turn Around Time) for resolution of International Orders would be around 9-15 working days.
