Important Instructions
Delivery Timeline - We would need atleast 11 - 15 working days to complete your Custom Postcards order.
Please upload only high-resolution / high-quality images for your front and back designs. (Accepted Formats - JPG, JPEG, PNG)
Kindly crop your designs in line with the size of the postcards as 10.7 cms to 13.9 cms.
Once we receive your order, we shall get in touch with you over email / WhatsApp to share the preview of your Custom Made Postcards.
Your order will be sent for processing only after we a get confirmation from your side after sharing the previews.
Please review your designs / images before uploading for the following aspects -
- Are the text and images clear and easy to read?
- Is everything spelt correctly?
- Is the image clear, crisp and not blurry?
Our custom postcards can be printed on both sides. It allows you to include images, messages, or branding on both the front and back sides of the postcard.
In case we feel that the images shared by you are not properly fitting our printing proportions, or they appear to be blurry then, we will get in touch with you to recify the same via email or WhatsApp.
To avoid any unnecessary white edges, extend your design to its full size – but keep text and images within the size area. Please ensure your file meets our specified guidelines for the best printing results.
We do not offer samples for Custom Orders, however, we shall share a preview of your postcard's design to you over email or WhatsApp in order to seek your confirmation.
Express Delivery option shall not be available for Custom Postcards orders.
