1. General Information

VeryFirstTale is a brand founded by Nishad Kinhikar, inspired by his passion for travel and storytelling.
We offer curated Indian souvenirs such as postcards, fridge magnets, and keychains to promote Indian culture and heritage.

2. Product Information

All our products are illustrated, designed, and packaged with care. We aim to ensure accuracy in product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour or size may occur.
Products are sold as described; requests for exchanges due to personal preferences or liking are not eligible.

3. Shipping Policy

Free standard delivery on all our orders, except the ones with COD (Cash On Delivery).
Estimated delivery time - 5 -12 business days, depending on your PIN code. 

We ship orders via our reliable courier partners like ATS (Amazon Transport Services), Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS and email upon dispatch.
Delays due to courier network issues are beyond our control, but we will raise a ticket to assist you with the resolution in the best possible way.

4. Replacement & Refund Policy - We offer a Replacement-Only Policy

Replacement is offered only for products that are damaged, defective, missing items or incorrectly delivered. Requests must be raised via email with relevant photos and proofs within 48 hours of delivery.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Replacements are provided free of cost, with reverse pickup arranged.
Products returned must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

5. Address & Contact Information

It is your sole responsibility to ensure all details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Changes to the address or contact can only be made within 2 hours of the order being placed.

If incorrect information results in a Return to Origin (RTO)

• A ₹150 re-shipping fee is applicable.
• The order will not be dispatched again until this fee is paid.
• Delays in fee payment will lead to delivery delays.
• We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to - Incorrect/incomplete address, Customer unavailability, unpaid re-shipping fees, etc

6. Missing Packages or Items

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours through email for immediate assistance. We shall try to the best of our ability to help you in this regard. We shall raise a dispute with the courier partner for the same, and will help in accordance with the investigation findings. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, illustrations, product designs, and branding on VeryFirstTale are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

VeryFirstTale shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from the use of our website or services or from issues caused by third-party courier services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
